Join us for the grand opening celebration and tour of the UW–Madison Wide and Ultrawide Bandgap Semiconductor Deposition Facility!
Help mark a significant step forward in advancing semiconductor materials and device innovation at UW-Madison. This open house event will include a brief program and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Prof. Shubhra Pasayat, PI of the facility, will then lead a tour of the brand-new AlN Agnitron MOCVD reactor.
